RIGHT TO REFUSE

Our establishment has the right to refuse service to anyone who is under the influence of alcohol or drugs, behaves inappropriately towards our staff, or can pose a threat to our business. We have a zero tolerance for aggressive, offensive, intimidating or disrespectful behavior towards our staff or any other visitor to our salon. If you are deemed to be behaving in any of the above manners then you will be asked to leave.

TIME KEEPING

If you are running late, we will do our best to fit you in, but we may not be able to provide the full service or treatment. Should you then decide not to continue with the service or treatment as a result of the service being cut short, then the cancellation policy will apply. On the rate that your artist/stylist may be running behind for whatever reason then you will still receive the full service booked.

PRIVACY POLICY

Customer information in our files is used to improve your service and send important messages as well as marketing communications. We do not, under any circumstances, share this information with third parties.

HEALTH & SAFETY POLICY

The safety of our staff and clients is our utmost priority. If you are suffering from any contagious infection, we recommend that you reschedule your appointment until you feel better. You may be asked to wear masks or get your temperature tested.

CHILD ATTENDANCE POLICY

To guarantee the comfort of all of our clients, we do not allow children to attend appointments in the salon unless it is their own appointment. Failure to follow this policy may result in the appointment needing to be rescheduled and may incur a late cancellation fee. Should you have a childcare issue or have a new born, please contact us prior to your appointment as sometimes exceptions can be made.

PAYMENTS

We accept different types of payments, depending on your stylists or artists. If unsure please call ahead, prior to your appointment.

DEPOSITS

Hello to everyone who is roaming our page, possibly becoming a new client or customer. We are here to help make your special day the best it can be. In order to do so, we require a deposit for all services, not just for our benefit but for yours as well and in order to make your time the most beneficial and special your deposit saves your date and time. Please understand as we say this we DO NOT REFUND DEPOSITS OR TRANSFER THEM TO ANOTHER DAY. Deposits are important to our schedules.
