REFUNDS & RETURNS

RETURNS:

Hello Ladies and Gentlemen due to Covid 19, we will be making all our sales final. We do hope to change this in the future, but for safety reasons this will follow.

REFUNDS:

We are only replacing item(s) that have been damaged or defective. In order to receive a refund or replacement, you will email us at FGSTUDIOS22@gmail.com with a description of your purchase and a photo. Once it has been reviewed and approved, you will send back the damaged or defective item(s) and then your refund or exchange will be processed.

Please note refunds can take up to 3-5 business days to process.

ACCESSORIES:

All accessories are FINAL SALE, this includes hair accessories, crown and jewelry.
